Wacu² (Waku Waku) has the meaning of ``Waku Waku`` in Japanese, ``Work`` in English and ``Our`` in Swahili, and is a coined word by us that mixes them.
The name is based on the desire to realize our dreams and goals through our work and our desire to create an WAKUWAKU (exciting) future.

Wacu²(わくわく)は、日本語の「わくわく」、英語の「Work」、スワヒリ語の「私たちの」、それらをミックスした造語です。
仕事を通じて、夢や目標を実現してほしいという願いと、私たちのわくわくする未来を作りたいという想いを込めて、命名しました。

We strive to build a sustainable win-win relationship for employers and job seekers and us(Wacu²), all of whom we aim to coexist and co-prosper.
This is because Japanese industries has some change such as a declining birthrate and aging population and a declining working population, are at the forefront of aging among developed countries, and are now facing many unprecedented challenges in their own and other countries.
In such an era, we believe it is essential to provide talented employment opportunities regardless of nationality.
We also believe that the employment of foreign nationals will lead to a future (sustainability) that enables more sustainable development through the diversity of human resources.
